Conference Overview
The 3rd Red Sea Pharmacy Conference, planned for May 2027 in Jeddah, brings together pharmacy leaders, directors, regulators, clinical and operational pharmacists. researchers and other healthcare professionals from across the Western Region to explore the development of pharmacy practice under Saudi Vision 2030. The Red Sea Pharmacy Conference serves as educational platform with objectives of optimizing operational frameworks, implementing advanced clinical pharmacy interventions for enhanced patient safety, and advance pharmacy's role in value-Based healthcare delivery.
Organized by King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (KFSH&RC) in Jeddah, the conference is chaired by KFSH&RC's Director of Pharmacy, who leads both the scientific and organizing committees, and is led by a diverse membership ranging from Vice Presidents of health clusters and Deans of pharmacy colleges to pharmacy directors, clinical pharmacists, academics and practitioners from specialized, Ministry of Health and private-sector institutions. Through this mix of perspectives, the conference aims to turn evidence and local experience into practical improvements in patient care and to build education, advocacy and career pathways for the next generation of the Saudi pharmacy workforce.
